Jolie Lambert
Jolie is truly honored to be a part of the Genesis family. She is eighteen years old and did her first show at Genesis when she was eleven. It is her favorite place to be, and she cherishes the amazing friendships she has made there. Jolie is pursuing a BFA in musical theatre next fall and will be committing to a college very soon, joining the class of 2025. She is ecstatic to continue doing what she loves in college, which is performing and working on/ training her craft. Besides musical theatre, Jolie’s interests include drawing, working out, piano, listening to music, thrifting, and hanging out with friends. Additionally, she is a dancer. She also enjoys obsessing over cute dogs, fitting into small spaces, demolishing everyone at rainbow road in Mario kart, and eating a multitude of grapes (a classic). Jolie is grateful for the opportunity to be a mentor to younger actors throughout her more recent years at Genesis, and she also thanks the directors for mentoring her. She truly feels they shaped her as a person just as much as they shaped her as an actor, and she loves them dearly. It has been a pleasure creating art on the Genesis stage, and Jolie will forever be proud to have her face on that wall!
Nicolas Horne
Nicolas loves climbing, almonds, and cardigans. He is a member of the Baylor class of 2025. As a University Scholar, he will study theatre, philosophy, and creative writing. He works as a legal intern at Zaby and Associates and has aspirations to go into law. Being a part of the Genesis family has been a pivotal experience and a huge blessing during his high school years. The directors of Genesis built him up and encouraged him to pursue theatre in college, and he has had the opportunity to befriend and mentor some of the younger actors, building them up in turn. He will cherish his directors and the friendships he has made there forever.
