Based on the beloved DreamWorks film, this crowd-pleasing musical follows everyone’s favorite ogre, Shrek, as he sets out on a quest to rescue the feisty Princess Fiona. Along the way, he’s joined by a lovable (and very talkative!) Donkey and a whole cast of fairytale misfits who have been banished to Shrek’s swamp. As unlikely friendships form and secrets are revealed, Shrek learns that true beauty comes from within—and that sometimes the most unexpected heroes make the biggest difference.
