More than a Theatre,
A Second Home

At Genesis Children's Theatre, we are more than just a place to perform-we are a family. Many of our students call Genesis their second home, a place where they are seen, valued, and nurtured. Our welcoming environment ensures that every child finds their people and feels safe to explore, create, and grow.

Why Genesis? Because every child deserves a place where they belong.

Quality Over Quantity:
Small Class Sizes, Big Impact

Unlike other competitive children’s theatre programs, Genesis focuses on quality over quantity. By keeping our class sizes intentionally small, our directors and staff truly get to know each student—by name, by heart, and by their unique talents.

Why Genesis?  We don’t see students as just numbers.  We see each student's potential and nurture it.

TRACI

GENESIS PARENT: I have two daugthers that have been in several productions and camps spanning over the last 7-8 years. We couldn't say more good things about Genesis and its directors. The young actors learn so much more than how to perform on stage, they learn skills that last a lifetime off stage. They learn team work and problem solving, how to build each other up in the midst of seeking the same goals, how to build their own confidence and become leaders, and the value of hard work and determination. If you're looking for this type of environment for your aspiring young actor, this is the place to be!

LAUREN

GENESIS GRADUATE: I performed my first and last show at Genesis this past summer playing Hodel in Fiddler On The Roof. I have never been in such an environment where I felt so at home and safe for such a short time. Everyone was so welcoming, kind and warm, not just our directors but the students too!! This is an amazing environment where you can be sure your child will have their passion for theatre nurtured in a healthy manner. And also, they put on a great show. Please support this theatre, they are amazing!!🩷🩷

With lots of love, Lauren💕

    • Standing Ovation Awards: For those who complete 20 shows, we celebrate their years of dedication with special recognition during their final bow and their headshot displayed in our lobby.
