At Genesis, every student gets a role. We only single-cast and we cap cast sizes. This ensures that your child's role is uniquley theirs, without sharing it with a “double”!REHEARSALS

Grades 1st-4th
Level 1Our Level One students take the stage with a 30-40 minute musical, but their journey is about so much more than just memorizing lines! Through rehearsal and performance, they gain essential theatre skills, including:
Stage Awareness – Managing small set changes and understanding stage movement.
Teamwork – Collaborating with castmates to bring the story to life.
Confidence & Projection – Speaking clearly and expressively in front of an audience.
Emotional Expression – Bringing characters to life with energy and authenticity.
Show Structure & Responsibility – Learning the order of scenes and the flow of a production.This hands-on experience builds a strong foundation, instilling a love for theatre while teaching valuable life skills that extend far beyond the stage!
Grades 5th-6th
Level 2
Building on the foundation of Level One, our Level Two students take their skills to the next level! In this stage of their theatre journey, they refine their acting techniques, embrace more complex performance elements, and step into greater responsibilities.
Bigger Productions – Rehearsing and performing a 60 to 70-minute musical with a more dynamic storyline.
Intricate Choreography – Mastering more advanced movement and stage blocking.
Character Depth – Exploring emotions, motivations, and character development.
Increased Responsibility – Managing set changes, costume transitions, and scene continuity with confidence.This level challenges students to elevate their performance skills, preparing them for more demanding roles and fostering independence both on and off the stage!
